Day Three Breakfast:  Two hard-boiled eggs, 1 cup of warm water with 1 freshly squeezed lemon

Lunch:  Six ounces of boiled beef, 1 grapefruit

Dinner: Three hard-boiled eggs

 

 

Day Four

Breakfast:  Three scrambled eggs with onion, parsley, and dill

Lunch: Five ounces of cooked chicken with salad

Dinner: One hard-boiled egg and two oranges

 

 

Day Five

Breakfast: Two carrots, two hard-boiled eggs and one tablespoon of sour cream

Lunch: Two carrots, One cup of fresh orange juice

Dinner: Three ounces of boiled fish, One boiled egg

 

Day Six Breakfast: Five ounces of low-fat yogurt, 1 freshly squeezed lemon or orange

Lunch: Two boiled eggs, 2 grapefruits

Dinner:  A glass of water

 

Day Seven Breakfast: Two boiled eggs, half a grapefruit

Lunch:  Six ounces of beef and one orange

Dinner: A glass of water

 

This egg diet is easy and simple. All you need is everyday food items. There is nothing like processed food item in it. Mainly the ingredients are natural and you already have them in your refrigerator.

It is highly emphasized to use it for one week only. After one week is ending, start eating normally. The additional trick is to consume water as much as you can. At the start, you might feel lethargic but the feeling goes away in two days.
